30% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petite Verdot, 7% Malbec. Wtih strong tannin and a heavy bite, this Bordeaux style red blend is not for the faint of heart. This earthy blend provokes the tongue with its hard leathery mouth feel and the flavors of a smoked cherry compote and a nicely charred brisket. This wine can be lifted when paired with any smoked and or barbequed meats.
