Sangiovese provides the base for this Super T blend we have named Godfather.  This wine has scents of strawberry, anise, and raisin.  It is very easy to drink, medium light in body with flavors of strawberry and subtle sweet oak.

This traditional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc is aged and ready to enjoy.  The scents are subtle with plum, leather, and soft toasted oak.  This medium bodied wine offers tastes of plum, cherry, and white pepper with hints of tobacco and cloves.

Our Block 26 Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and bold with black current, wet earth and dark truffle on the nose. The mid-palate is luxurious with intense but refined tannins layered with haunting dark fruit spice subbtelties that will only be unlocked with teim in the cellar. 

WIth notes of mint and dry herbs this wine opens with the aroma of ripe red fruits and charred oak. An initial flavor of roasted coffe bean, rhubarb, and cherry. This wine closes with notes of pine and earthiness and finishes with a round mouth feel. 

Luscious dense color with initial notes of blackberries, sage, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and a charred oak.  Notes of dried fig, campfire chocolate, flint, with an earthy and herbal finish.  A perfect stand-alone wine, this Petit Verdot would also pair well with rich meats or Mexican Adobo that will help soften the tannins.

Produced in only the very best vintages, our 2015 Barbera sources from a single Southern California vineyard. Aromas greet the nose with exotic spice, tobacco, and white pepper. The elements are deftly intermingled, with dark cherries and blackberries locked in a firm but balanced tannic grip. The finish is redolent with dried fruit, basalm herb and toasted almonds. The aged quality of this  wine make it a ccompaninement to red suace pastas, hard cheeses and truffles. 

Our 2017 Barbera is rich and invting on the nose, with dark cherry, leather and spice. The mid-palate is tightly knit with evocations of current, mineral, spice and sweet tobacco leaves, with flavors that persist for a long, lingering finish. Pair with game, aged cheeses and pasta Bolognese. 

Our more fruit-forward and elegant Bock 11 Cabernet Sauvinon greets the nose with bright red current and baked raspberry pie, redolent with wild sage and rose deftly interweaving red and dark fruit with an intense lasting finish. 8 barrels produced. 

85% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Franc. Exotic array of red and black fruit on the nose with sage and pepper notes. A savory, meaty mid-palate follows, with bold focused tannins and fluid, lingering red cherry finish. Shy at first sip but opens up gracefully with some decanting. This wine will continue to evolve for a decade or more! 6 barrels produced. 

Estate Reserve.Powerful notes of jammy cranberry & rich blueberries ecompass the glass with that first initial swirl, only to be followed by luscious red fruit with a gentle rush of vanilla and baking spices. This 2020 Merlot can be paired with a good meal or stand on its own and be enjoyed with a great company.

95% Nebbiolo, 5% Petite Sirah

White chocolate, cranberry, rasberry compote on the nose, deceptively big on the palate with intense tannis and bracing acidity - portending great potential for cellar aging. 10 barrels produced. 

A beautifully aromatic nose of boysenberry, vanilla bean, and dark chocolate - Intense tannins and bright acidity penetrate a lush, round mid-palate. 15 barrels produced.

Light and delicate with perfume-riddled aromatics, succulent red fruit on mid-palate with sweet cherries and raspberry. The finish is smooth with silky, well-structrued tannin.

30% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petite Verdot, 7% Malbec. Wtih strong tannin and a heavy bite, this Bordeaux style red blend is not for the faint of heart. This earthy blend provokes the tongue with its hard leathery mouth feel and the flavors of a smoked cherry compote and a nicely charred brisket. This wine can be lifted when paired with any smoked and or barbequed meats. 

Our 2018 Syrah is a heady and seductive journey of the senses. with lush aromatics redolent of intense cassis, baked blackberry pie with accents of anise and sweet tobacco. Althought medium-bodied, the palate has a youthful zest with suprisingly soft tannins and flavors reminiscent of tart blueberries, wet stone and savory meats. Expect this wine to develp more complexity and finesse over the next 5-10 years. 

Spritely and aromatic, with lively notes of blackberries, dark chocolate and orange peel on the nose. A full-bodied wine, with intense layers of black fruit, cassis, and rosemary on the palate. 

The finish is long and vibrant with racy acidity and soft tannins. Best opened 2021-2025.

95% Zinfandel, 5% Petit Sirah

A true assault of the sense, with wild blackberries, forest floor, and a suble hint of herbal tea. The mid-palate boast is lush and voluptuous with intense black currents with accents of Scottish shortbread cookies. The finish is smooth and lingering with a very slight sweetness. 10 barrels produced.
