Riesling 2019

Our 2019 Dry Riesling was cold-fermented slowly in stainless steel, lending both power and dexterity. Exuding seductive notes of stone fruit on the nose, the palate opens nicely with focused, precisely textured fruit. The steely acidity makes for a perfect counter point to the slight sweetness and delicate ripe pear flavors, with a long, fluid finish that reminds you of Riesling's suble purity and elegance. Pair with Asian, Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine.
