2021 Petit Verdot

Luscious dense color with initial notes of blackberries, sage, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, and a charred oak.  Notes of dried fig, campfire chocolate, flint, with an earthy and herbal finish.  A perfect stand-alone wine, this Petit Verdot would also pair well with rich meats or Mexican Adobo that will help soften the tannins.  Drinks best between 2026-2030.
